About Our Owner

me2017 Hello! My name is Thyra DeCicco and my passion is helping small businesses, not-for-profits and schools succeed. My career began in Corporate Marketing working for Allstate Insurance. After working for many years with clients like Shell Oil and Chase Manhattan Bank, I moved into the fast-paced world of advertising in Chicago where I consulted for Fortune 100 companies all over the country about their brands, customer acquisition and customer loyalty and customer retention strategies.

The pace was fast, my clients were prestigious (like working directly with the President of Sprint), I traveled all over the country and yet, something was lacking. After years of success and accolades, I left the business and my big paycheck behind to go out on my own.

My fellow co-workers were shocked. How can you leave a high paying job and dive head first into no income? Guts, dedication, drive and a lot of faith. Of course it was great to be a successful Senior level Executive at a big Chicago Advertising Agency. It was rewarding to help companies increase their profits and reduce their costs. But something was missing for me. And that someone was personal fulfillment.

Watching small business after small business go out of business during our economic downturn and recession, I knew I could help. So I left the world of Corporate profit and followed my heart to small businesses. I’ve helped hundreds of businesses of all types promote their brands.

And I can help you.

My mission is to be of service and to offer expertise that can help small business succeed. My approach is customized to meet your specific needs. Feel free to contact me 24 hours a day via email: thyra@chattanooga-social.com. OR feel free to call me directly Monday thru Friday from 9am-6pm at 423-994-4676.

With offices in Chicago, Illinois and Chattanooga, Tennessee I’m excited to service your business with local expertise and plenty of experience. I look forward to meeting you and helping your business reach the next level.

Kindest Regards,

Thyra DeCicco
